EU auditors question Balkans projects

The oh so woonderful EU is in difficulties over it's institutional corruption ... again This time in the reconstruction projects in the Balkans, and once again it is their failure to use double entry book keeping, a failure that would be illegal in some member states, that is one of the reasons that their continued culture of graft and corruption can continue. There was also this tipbit from the article:
"The report comes after a fraud scandal at the Commission's statistical arm, Eurostat. It also follows the Court of Auditors' refusal in November to approve the Commission's central accounts for the 10th year in succession."
And some people really believe that we would be better off giving control over our currency to this shambles.
